Airtècnics expands the features of the Control Advanced Pro system, now bringing its advanced control to the five-speed air curtain range, in addition to the existing two-speed models. With the new regulation system, two entirely new PCBs are integrated, providing features previously only available with the Clever Kit, simplifying installation, optimizing performance, and centralizing control in a single smart device.

With a 2.8-inch backlit LCD screen and capacitive touch buttons, the Control Advanced Pro offers a simple, intuitive, and precise user interface, adapted to all lighting conditions. The Plug & Play RJ11 cable connection enables fast installation, automatically recognizing connected devices and configuring them without manual adjustments.

In addition to ventilation and heating control via sensors and door status, the system now incorporates a new control architecture for the five-speed air curtains, based on two separate PCBs depending on fan type: AC and EC. These boards allow precise and versatile regulation and can connect to a small Addon board that modifies the operating program and adds dedicated outputs for multiple heating systems:

• ON/OFF water with 230V output

• Proportional water with 24VDC and 0-10V output

• Electric heater

• Heat pump, with alarm output for the DX kit and 230V power supply for the condensate pump

The base PCBs also include advanced features such as:

• Operating signal (Run)

• Alarm signal with double contact (Normally Open and Normally Closed)

• Internal probe to control discharge temperature

• Connection of up to 4 external probes (ambient, outdoor, inlet, outlet)

• Digital inputs for door contacts, external OFF, heater deactivation, among others

The Control Advanced Pro continues to offer smart features such as the semi-automatic mode, which adjusts ventilation and heating according to the desired configuration, door status, and indoor and outdoor temperatures. The Boost mode increases thermal efficiency in high-demand situations, improving comfort immediately.

It also allows full customization through the user menu, where ventilation speed, climate levels, and setpoint temperature can be adjusted. Additional features include maintenance alarm, Autocooling, and Heater mode, which turns the air curtain into a heater when the door is closed. It also incorporates advanced safety with unauthorized settings lock, error detection, and on-screen alerts for communication failures, overheating, or freeze risk.

The three volt-free digital inputs allow external actions such as ON/OFF switches, heating deactivation, or shutdown by fire alarm. Any change in these inputs is shown on the screen with the 'EXT' indicator, facilitating monitoring and control.

Built to last, the Control Advanced Pro features a durable ABS casing and tropicalized PCB to enhance corrosion resistance and extend the product’s lifespan. Its versatility extends to wall installation, with cable entries designed for easy mounting and maintenance from various points.

The new Control Advanced Pro comes with a remote control included, making management easier and adapting to any environment by integrating all functions into a single device. This unified solution optimizes air curtain performance and improves the technical and energy management of spaces.
