The prestigious restaurant Disfrutar, awarded three Michelin stars, features designer air curtains from Airtècnics. Without compromising on aesthetics, the Zen air curtain model separates the restaurant’s interior terrace, ensuring diners' comfort so they can fully focus on enjoying their culinary experience.

Previously, the access to the terrace—through a small vestibule with two doors—was not protected by any air curtain, and the limited space was insufficient to prevent drafts and temperature fluctuations inside the venue.

An air curtain serves a dual purpose: it acts as an invisible barrier against air currents, dust, and outdoor particles, while also maintaining efficient climate control, promoting thermal comfort and energy sustainability.

For this project, the Zen model was customized in white to match the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired interior design.
