The ultimate air purifier cassette: K7 700 HEPA OH· FC

K7 700 HEPA OH· FC is the new generation of air and surface purification and disinfection thanks to the triple technology to improve indoor air quality. An air purification system by means of three filtration stages and a double system patented by Airtècnics of air and surfaces disinfection by means of controlled expansion of hydroxyl radicals and photocatalytic fan.

The device works by recirculation and combines two types of purification technologies: active and passive, capable of acting on fine particles PM10, PM2.5 and PM1. It does not need to be connected to the ventilation circuit, making it quick and easy to install. It has been designed to be installed in the false ceiling or suspended by means of anchors.

THREE FILTRATION STAGES

The air is drawn in through a perforated grille and passes through the three stages of high efficiency filtration combined in order of lowest to highest efficiency: pre-filter G4 (ZLM) and intermediate filter F7 according to EN799 standard, finally, an absolute filter H14 (HEPA) of 99.995% efficiency according to EN1822 standard.

The three filtration stages ensure purified air by retaining particles and pollutants such as dust, pollen, spores, bacteria, viruses, fine particles up to PM1. In addition, an activated carbon filter can be added on request to remove gases and odours.

PHOTOCATALYSIS

An energy-saving double suction EC fan with low noise level is bathed in a photocatalytic agent with an ultraviolet LED. This activates a disinfectant reaction by generating reactive oxygen with oxidative and reductive properties on organic pollutants (viruses, bacteria, moulds…) reducing them up to 99.99%. In addition, it is able to mineralize a large part of the pollutants such as formaldehyde, VOCs, NOx, SOx ….

NUVOHLA TECHNOLOGY

Finally, a reactor emits a controlled amount of hydroxyls that expand effectively inactivating space pollutants, both air and surfaces. Up to 99.9% of pathogenic microorganisms are eliminated, air quality is improved by reducing volatile organic compounds and odours are eliminated.

The hydrogen peroxide compound that activates the OH- hydroxyls, which lasts for a minimum of three months, is easily replaced through a small threaded opening, once the visual indicator is activated when the cartridge is empty.
