The end of the year is approaching and it is usual at this time of the year to take stock of the objectives set and the achievements made. In Airtècnics, within the quality policy of continuous improvement, we want to recapitulate and share these achievements of the year 2022.

• Expansion of the production facilities with a new building for ventilation units and heating coils for air curtains.

• Installation of solar panels in the second hall, which now has 100% self-consumption of energy and more than 100% energy generation compared to consumption.

Product launches

• Cyclohnic + active: the new environmental cleaner for farms that works with active hydroxyl technology and its model with high efficiency filters.

• Electrical portable fan heaters: new portable heating systems, ideal for open working spaces.

• Airtrack: air curtain for load protection of refrigerated trucks.

• Nuvohla: the air purifier for domestic use, with active hydroxyl radical technology. Available as a model designed for public spaces.

• K7 HEPA: built-in air purification unit with high efficiency filters and active technology systems (photocatalysis and hydroxyl radicals).

Improvements for the customer

• EC FanGrid promotion. A communication and marketing plan has been established to promote the ECFanGrid modular units. The ventilation systems that replace belt-driven fans.

• Calculation tools on the web to help customers. In Airtècnics we think that customers come first, for this reason we are constantly updating calculation tools on our website, to facilitate the design of the project and the most correct choice of air curtains.

• CSA certification for Airtècnics air curtains according to CSA and UL standards for the presence in the American and Canadian markets. After a long journey of two years together with Rosenberg Canada partners, Airtècnics has achieved the certification to expand some models of Zen and Windbox air curtains in the North American markets.
