The General Terms and Conditions regulate the remote selling relationship between the RESPONSIBLE and the User or Customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Terms and Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through their websites, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent modifications. However, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, the customer will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.
Offer and Validity
In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and the validity of the offer will always be indicated next to its essential characteristics.
In compliance with the current regulations, the RESPONSIBLE provides information about all items on sale, their characteristics and prices. However, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the website. In this way, the products offered at all times by the website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Business applicable in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
Essential characteristics of the products
The products offered in our online shop incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics of the product, this is the information obtained from the manufacturer. The colour of the product, observable in the photograph, is not binding. It is identified in the characteristics.
Warranties
All products offered on the website are covered by the commercial guarantee of the supplier of the product. The RESPONSIBLE has an after-sales service, while the warranty is in force, the customer can execute it by contacting the establishment of the RESPONSIBLE, the after-sales service, by email to airtecnics@airtecnics.com or to the points established by the supplier itself. Pricing
All services indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated.
Delivery and Transport costs
The RESPONSIBLE will only deliver within Spain and charges a delivery fee of 10 Euros.
Methods of payment and Execution of the Service
The customer may pay for the service in any of the following ways. You must indicate your choice during the purchase process:
- VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank details are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, at the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or registered on any server of the RESPONSIBLE.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
If the amount of a purchase had been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries shall be made as soon as possible on the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cardholder had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be bound to the RESPONSIBLE for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
The RESPONSIBLE undertakes to deliver the product within a maximum of 30 days from the time the contract is concluded.
The availability of the products offered by the RESPONSIBLE may vary depending on the service. In case of non-execution due to non-availability, the RESPONSIBLE will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this notification shall in no case exceed a maximum period of 30 days, the RESPONSIBLE may give the client the double option of: offering the client a service of similar or higher quality without price increase, or, except for justified and demonstrable reasons by the RESPONSIBLE within the same period, refunding the sums paid for the cancelled service. In the event that the RESPONSIBLE does not make this payment within this period, the buyer may claim double the amount due, without prejudice to his right to compensation.
Right of withdrawal, reimbursement of payments and Claims
The customer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to cancel, from the day of receipt of the product, without penalty and without stating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified by telephone to 937143636, by email to AIRTECNICS@AIRTECNICS.COM, by sending your letter to our postal address C/ CONCA DE BARBERÀ 6, 08211 CASTELLAR DEL VALLÈS, or by using the withdrawal form.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return of goods within withdrawal period
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to the RESPONSIBLE, to the address C/ CONCA DE BARBERÀ 6, 08211 CASTELLAR DEL VALLÈS, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalised. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
Reimbursement of payment
The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.
The RESPONSIBLE shall pay the amounts paid by the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
The RESPONSIBLE may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return of the product, depending on which condition is met first.
Return of the defective product.
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the result of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing the RESPONSIBLE of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
The RESPONSIBLE undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction
Likewise, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
