Indoor air quality is key to people health in homes, commercial premises, and tertiary buildings; especially in modern constructions, where airtightness makes natural air renewal more difficult. To meet this need, Airtècnics presents two solutions that combine energy efficiency and health: SupraBox heat recovery units and the ECFanGrid system for upgrading fans in existing AHUs.

Heat recovery SupraBox units, available in COMFORT and DELUXE versions, ensure continuous and balanced ventilation through high-efficiency heat exchangers that achieve over 90% thermal recovery. This allows filtered outdoor air to be supplied while maintaining comfort and reducing energy consumption.
The integrated EC fans provide precise airflow control according to occupancy, while G4, F7 and/or F9 filtration reduces particles, dust, and pollutants. Their compact design, available in horizontal, vertical, or ceiling-mounted configurations, makes integration into projects easy.
In addition, the ECFanGrid system makes it possible to modernize older AHUs by replacing traditional fans with high-efficiency EC modules. By eliminating belt-driven transmissions, internal hygiene is improved, noise is reduced, dust generation is minimized, and a more uniform airflow is ensured, optimizing ventilation throughout the building.
Thanks to its modular design, it provides natural redundancy: even if one fan fails, the AHU continues operating—an essential feature in hotels, hospitals, and office buildings. Installation is quick and requires no construction work, making it an ideal solution to improve indoor air quality and reduce energy consumption in existing installations.
With SupraBox and ECFanGrid, Airtècnics offers two complementary technologies that help create healthier, more efficient, and more comfortable spaces, both in new buildings and in those requiring ventilation system upgrades to meet current indoor air quality standards.
