Airtècnics celebrates 40 years of innovation, commitment and global connections
Airtècnics has built an industrial track record with an international reach, based on engineering, innovation, technological development and in-house manufacturing, which have made its growth from Castellar del Vallès, Barcelona, possible. Its 40th anniversary has been an opportunity to celebrate the journey so far and recognise the people who have made its growth possible.
A shared celebration
With a presence in more than 60 countries and a firm commitment to continuous improvement, Airtècnics has celebrated its 40th anniversary with an international gathering that brought together distributors, employees, suppliers and collaborators.
The main events, held on 18 and 19 September, included visits to the facilities and production plants, presentations and new product launches. They also provided opportunities to exchange ideas and share experiences.
Castellar del Vallès was the main setting for the celebration, with activities at the Airtècnics headquarters, Espai Tolrà and Castell de Clasquerí. The programme also extended to Barcelona, with Casa Batlló as one of its main highlights and activities designed to share an experience beyond the strictly professional sphere. Gastronomy, tradition, music and special performances completed these gatherings, with moments to talk, reconnect and enjoy together.
Industrial history rooted in Castellar del Vallès
Founded in 1986, Airtècnics specialises in the design and manufacture of air curtains, as well as air ventilation, treatment and purification solutions.
Since the launch of its first Windbox air curtain in 1989, the company has expanded its product range and developed solutions adapted to its customers’ needs, combining energy efficiency, design and architectural integration.
The collaboration with Rosenberg, which began in 1993 as a technology and commercial partner, has contributed to the company’s development and international reach.
Today, the Castellar del Vallès headquarters continues to be the centre of its industrial and technical activity. Its facilities bring together engineering, development, production and research to transform knowledge into technology and in-house equipment for destinations around the world.
This capacity to adapt makes it possible to support customers from the initial idea through to defining the most suitable solution, adapting each proposal to the needs of the project.

The dedication and experience of the team, the trust of partners and the relationships with customers, distributors and collaborators have been fundamental to Airtècnics’ journey.
