The Dalina athletics stadium, in the city of Valnira, is a reference of high performance and professional sport in Latvia. A year ago, on the occasion of the remodelling of the facilities, it was decided to update the accesses and provide them with Airtècnics air curtains.

The air curtains chosen were the Rund model, from the range of decorative air curtains. They have been installed vertically next to the access doors of the building that houses an accommodation, the changing rooms, catering areas, etc.

Among the models of decorative air curtains, the Rund model have some special and common features:

• It is integrated as a column in the accesses thanks to its rounded shape.
• It can be installed vertically next to the door or horizontally above it, where it is neither a visual nor a physical obstacle for people.
• The variety of colours in which its external structure can be painted makes it a versatile air curtain for decoration. In this case, the chosen colour was black.

Other special features of the Rund curtain are:

  • Scotch brite or mirror polished stainless steel.
  • The profile can be faceted in the standard version or completely circular on request.
• They are modular and can be joined together. There is the possibility of including "dummies" (air curtain structure without fans) to create an effect of continuity.
• A wide variety of brackets with multiple fixing options for horizontal curtains: 
  
  • Porteria, with round arms down to the floor. 
  • Circular wall or ceiling brackets 
  • Prepared for hanging with rods or steel cables 
  • Angles to wall or ceiling
