Air curtain Kool with Kleenfan Technology
Kool air curtain designed exclusively for cold rooms, equipped with Kleenfan photocatalytic technology to disinfect and purify the air in industrial doorways by eliminating airborne contaminants and pathogenic microorganisms. Kleenfan technology uses photocatalytic fans: long-life UV-A LED light acts on the titanium dioxide in the impeller, generating Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) that deactivate a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms (viruses and bacteria) through oxidation-reduction reactions. It also mineralizes most urban air pollutants generated by traffic and industry (NOx, SOx, COx, VOCs, etc.).
Specially designed for cold room doorways. Self-supporting galvanized steel casing with standard RAL 9016 white epoxy-polyester coating; other colours or stainless steel construction are available on request. Large faceted intake grille designed to reduce maintenance requirements; also available with a flat micro-perforated grille for a more elegant appearance in commercial doorways where heating is not required. Linear discharge outlet with anodized aluminium airfoil blades, adjustable 15° in both directions. Double-inlet centrifugal fans with low-noise, low-energy EC external rotor motors. A models provide ambient air only, without heating. Advanced Plug&Play control included: Advanced PRO controller with LCD display and built-in thermostat, door contact, 7 m RJ11 cable and remote control. Optional Clever PRO intelligent control (automatic, programmable, Modbus via PLC, timer, etc.). The PCB is varnish-coated for enhanced corrosion protection.

- Self-supporting casing construction made of galvanized steel plate, finished in structural epoxy-polyester painting white colour RAL9016 as standard. Other colours or stainless steel are available on request.
- Large faceted inlet grille avoiding intensive maintenance. Also available with flat micro-perforated inlet grille, more elegant for commercial doors where heating is not needed.
- Anodized aluminium outlet vanes, airfoil shaped, adjustable from 0 to 15º each side.
- EC Double-inlet centrifugal fans driven by an external rotor motor and low noise level, with very low consumption efficency fans.
- “A” type without heating, air only. Advanced Plug&Play control. Includes: Advanced PRO control with LCD display and integrated thermostat, door contact, 7m RJ11 cable and remote control. Optional: intelligent Clever Pro Control (automatic, programmable, ModBus for PKC, timer, etc.)
- Includes varnishing on the PCB to protect it from corrosion.
