Airtècnics has inaugurated new facilities in Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona). In addition to the production and storage areas, the new building of de 2.200 m2 has a laboratory, a large showroom and two multi-purpose rooms, one of which has a holding capacity for more than 50 people.

This new industrial plant has been acquired to increase production capacity and promote RTD (Research, Technological Development and Innovation), outfitting a modern laboratory of the latest generation to carry out specific tests for future developments of the company while also widen its know-how in the fields of energy efficiency and new solutions for the sector.

The laboratory is provided with equipment for measuring the flow, speed profiles, noise level, monitoring temperatures, consumption, etc. and has specific areas for each project in development. Among them, there is an area exclusively dedicated to our DX air curtains range and new developments related to this technology, a zone dedicated to controls, provided with a simulator for Clever advanced controller, and a virtual BMS, connection to PC and connection to Smartphone.

The new production plant is provided with a large showroom of 240 m2 where a wide range of Airtècnics air curtains are exhibited, with standard and custom finishes, and a representative selection of our fans and industrial ventilation equipment.

The multi-purpose room is ready to welcome more than 50 people.

It is a space where all type of events can take place, such as technical workshops, host the new editions of the “Airtècnics Academy”, training to distributors, installers, subscribers, etc. presentations, conferences, meetings or celebrations, among others.

This new equipment is a great step forward for the company that in its 30 years of activity since its founding it allows doubling its productive capacity, promote the RTD and expand services to customers and potential customers.
