The 3-stars Michelin famous restaurant “L’Auberge de Fond Rose” from the great Chef Paul Bocuse has already Airtècnics air curtains.
This famous French Chef, awarded in several occasions with three Michelin stars and founder of the “nouvelle cuisine”, runs some renowned restaurants around France.
His gourmet restaurant "L'Auberge de Fond Rose" nearby the banks of the Saone, stylishly designed with open-plan kitchen has integrated Recessed Optima air curtains for its doors climate protection.
