ARIS OPEN: an air curtain designed for commercial doors

ARIS OPEN is an air curtain for commercial doors that combines a rounded design with a key technical solution to maintain an effective airflow, even in installations with limited space between the door and the ceiling.

Performance adapted to each installation

The ARIS OPEN air curtain features two intake grilles. One is located on the top of the unit, as on the ARIS model. In addition, it has a front intake grille that helps compensate for possible intake limitations when the unit is installed close to the ceiling. This new model ensures effective performance of the installation, with similar static performance.

The air curtain offers a maximum air throw of 3.5 metres. Its two-speed tangential fans deliver airflows of up to 3,800 m³/h, depending on the model and configuration selected.

Unheated, electric or water-heated versions

ARIS OPEN can be configured to suit the needs of each installation:

• Unheated: a solution for applications where only the air barrier is required.
• Electric heating: available in three stages, with heating capacities from 3kW to 18kW.
• Water heating: with heating capacities of up to 19.34 kW, depending on operating conditions.

The choice of heating type allows the air curtain to be matched to the characteristics and needs of each installation.

Advanced PRO control and smart management option

The ARIS OPEN air curtain comes with the Advanced PRO control system, which includes an LCD display with built-in thermostat, door contact, 7-metre RJ11 cable and remote control.

For installations requiring more advanced management, the Clever PRO smart control is available as an option, offering functions such as automation, scheduling, timer and Modbus communication for PLC integration.

A versatile solution for commercial doors

ARIS OPEN features a galvanised steel frame and aluminium discharge louvres with an airfoil profile. The standard finish is RAL 9016, and other colours are available on request.

The model is available in 1,000 - 1,500 - 2,000 mm with different flow rates, power outputs and weights depending on their configuration

The air curtain can also be complemented with a range of accessories: rail brackets, Silentblock mounts, suspension cables, wall brackets, temperature sensors, solenoid valves and proportional or three-way valves.
