
It is a significant milestone and also a good time to look back and reflect on the journey we have taken. Because behind these 40 years lie a great deal of hard work, many people, and a philosophy that we have strived to keep intact from day one.
Our aim has always been the same: to do things properly. To work with rigour, understand the needs of each customer and offer reliable, efficient solutions designed to last. This approach to our work has guided us throughout these four decades and has, step by step, defined the identity of Airtècnics.
Over the years, the company has constantly evolved. We have grown in capacity, knowledge, technology and international presence. We have adapted to new challenges and an increasingly demanding and changing environment, but without losing sight of what has brought us this far: attention to detail, a commitment to quality and a drive for continuous improvement.
If Airtècnics is where it is today, it is thanks to the effort, dedication and trust of many people: teams, clients, collaborators, distributors, suppliers and partners who have been part of this journey over the years. To all of them, our most sincere thanks.
This journey is also reflected in very specific projects and applications. Over the years, Airtècnics’ solutions have found their way into spaces where technology, efficiency and architectural integration are particularly important. Examples include projects such as the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, the Grand Palais in Paris, where the solution is integrated whilst respecting the building’s heritage, and New York’s JFK Airport, where a bespoke solution was developed for revolving doors in an environment with highly demanding functional requirements.
Past, present and future
This journey has also been shaped by significant milestones for the company: from its foundation in 1986 and the constant expansion of its facilities, to its integration into the Rosenberg Group in 1993; from the manufacture of the Windbox air curtain, a model that has defined our trajectory, to the launch of the ZEN model, a disruptively designed air curtain with its own patent; from the introduction of the air purification and disinfection product line to the attainment of certifications for the US and Canadian markets. All of this illustrates a constant evolution, based on our ability to innovate, adapt and keep moving forward with a clear vision for the future.
Reaching this point gives us perspective on the journey we have taken, but it also reminds us of everything that lies ahead. We are experiencing a period of technological acceleration and market transformation unlike anything we have seen before, in an increasingly demanding, changing and competitive environment. We face this new phase with the same enthusiasm as ever and with even greater determination, convinced that these new challenges will enable us to continue evolving, innovating and providing high-value solutions to our customers.
