Air curtain Optima K for cold chambers
Airtècnics poresents the air curtain model for cold stores Optima K. It is a variant of the Optima air curtain and has been developed as an alternative to the current models to cover smaller doors for refrigerated spaces with temperatures above 0°C. As an evolution of the Optima air curtain, it remains compatible with the range of accessories and fixings for its base model.
Compact and poweful air curtain
Optima K is a powerful and compact air curtain. It features an elegant design with rounded edges and a faceted intake grille, which covers a large surface area to reduce maintenance of the unit and prevent the grille itself from freezing and becoming clogged due to high humidity levels.
Its design retains the concept of an external rotor tangential fan and Twisted cross-flow. This generates a uniform airflow and very low noise levels.
Higher efficiency
Furthermore, it has been fitted with a stepless controller (similar to EC control) that allows the air curtain to be calibrated to the optimum setting for any cold store.
The controller, in addition to featuring a stepless control, also includes a ‘quick-start’ function that rapidly increases the speed when the air curtain is switched on and, after a few seconds, switches to the selected speed.
