Dif-Pur or Dif-Vent: air diffuser with absolute filtration
When air sterility is compulsory in certain activities, one of the solutions with which these requirements are obtained are the Dif-Vent and Dif-Pur diffusers, designed by the innovation department of Airtècnics. They are fans with diffusers provided with HEPA and ULPA absolute filtration stages.
These products of the ventilation catalogue are the indicated ones in sectors where air quality is an essential requirement for its operation. The healthcare, pharmaceutical, food or technology industries need extremely pure air so as not to compromise the nature of the service they provide.
Both products are manufactured with energy-efficient external rotor EC motor fans, with adjustable power from 0 to 100%. They have space to house HEPA or ULPA absolute filter with efficiency up to 99.9995%, according to EC1822 standard, and on request they can be configured with G4 filter, according to EC1822 standard.
These devices have a perforated diffuser that generates a smooth laminar flow of contaminant-free air, and can be installed suspended or adapted to false ceilings in T-duct systems.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN BOTH DEVICES
The main difference between Dif-Vent and Dif-Pur is that the Dif-Pur filtration unit is especially suitable for operating theatres and clean rooms due to its high air-tightness. It comes prepared with a polyurethane sealing gasket for absolute air filtration, preventing bacteria, viruses, pollen, dust and other fine particles (PM10, PM2.5 and PM1) from adulterating the quality and sterility of the environment.
In addition, it includes a regulation control for constant flow, which measures the air pressure, to modify the fan power and activate the alarm that notifies the filter change when it is clogged.
