Airtècnics adds a new air curtain control system to its catalogue: the new Clever PRO control. This system represents the first step toward a revolution in intelligent controllers, enhancing the performance of the existing Clever control.

This advanced air curtain control is flexible and has been entirely designed by Airtècnics to ensure automation and climate comfort.

What makes it different?

Clever PRO has been developed with additional settings to offer greater configuration and control capabilities:

• Automatically configures itself when connected to a unit, detecting both cooling and heating stages.
• 2,8” backlit TFT display showing detailed system information: fan speeds, heating stages, temperatures (indoor, outdoor, inlet, outlet), door status, alarms, etc.
• Built-in Modbus for remote control: allows start/stop, fan speed and heating adjustment, reading and sending temperature data, and more.
• Advanced operating modes: semi-automatic, automatic (in development), and Modbus — adaptable to changing climate conditions.
• Daily scheduler with up to 10 actions per day and separate day/night settings to optimize energy consumption.
• Configurable digital inputs: default OFF and climate OFF (optional: door contact, fire alarm off...)
• Boost function that reinforces heating by adjusting temperature dynamically based on indoor/outdoor differences.
• USB updates for both the CLEVER PRO control and the air curtain PCB, making maintenance and upgrades easier.

A more intuitive menu

The new CLEVER PRO menu is more intuitive and easier to use, offering four levels of control depending on the user:

• Screen lock, deactivated by default and configurable by code.
• User: end-user configuration.
• Installer: installer-level configuration functions.
• Distributor: special functions for distributors.

Compatibility

The new Clever PRO control is compatible with all ranges and models of Airtècnics air curtains equipped with the new RJ11 PCB board. This includes all two- or five-speed models, all heating types (electric, water, heat pump), and unheated versions.

The present is the future

This version of the Clever PRO control features a semi-automatic program that adjusts system operation according to selected settings. Soon, it will allow independent management of multiple air curtains from a single device.
