Air curtain Twin Kool
High-efficiency climate separation system, consisting of two vertically opposed Dam air curtains with inverted jets and additional intakes from the pre-chamber.
Recommended for chambers above 0°C where low humidity is not required or for chambers below 0°C with pre-chambers that have controlled humidity and temperature conditions.
This double jet operates as a closed circuit, creating a separation zone at the entrance of the door. Thanks to this double air barrier, it is an alternative to the TRIOJET SYSTEM when space is limited. It requires a ceiling to cover 100% of the opening with both jets (not included, must be provided separately).
We recommend the Aqua Aero coating (15,000-hour salt fog test) or stainless steel to enhance corrosion protection.
Advanced Plug&Play control. Includes: Advanced PRO control with LCD display and integrated thermostat, door contact, 7 m RJ11 cable, and remote control. Optional: Clever PRO intelligent programmable control compatible with Modbus RTU for BMS.

- The TWIN KOOL air curtain system has been designed to offer a versatile solution for any type of cold room. It has two jets of opposing air chambers that create additional space between the chamber and the pre-chamber. Thanks to the double barrier, this model becomes the perfect alternative to the TRIOJET SYSTEM air curtain when space is limited or this model is not an option.
- Self-supporting casing construction made of galvanized steel plate, finished in structural epoxy-polyester painting white colour RAL9016 as standard. Other colours or stainless steel are available on request.
- Large faceted inlet grille avoiding intensive maintenance.
- Anodized aluminium outlet vanes, airfoil shaped, adjustable from 0 to 15º each side.
- Low noise double-inlet centrifugal fans with external rotor motor. 5-speed controller. EC models assembled with very low consumption efficiency fans.
- “A” type without heating, air only.
- Advanced Plug&Play control. Includes: Advanced PRO control with LCD display and integrated thermostat, door contact, 7m RJ11 cable and remote control. Optional: intelligent Clever Pro Control (automatic, programmable, ModBus for PKC, timer, etc.)
- Includes varnishing on the PCB to protect it from corrosion.
