Climate protection doors and energy saving project in the new Terminal 1 at Barcelona Airport
Airtècnics has been the company chosen to supply all the air curtains from the latest climate protection doors and energy saving project in the new Terminal 1 at Barcelona Airport.
We are very pleased that our Air Curtains are already an active part of this futuristic and Mediterranean architectural gem which is characterized by its clarity, minimalism and functionality.
For this project, AENA engineers along with our technical team identified several series among OPTIMA, WINDBOX, ZEN and RUND models depending on the characteristics of each gate and its location.
In this project we want to highlight the customizing ZEN Air Curtain model in which we have used front panels of the equipment to integrate the signs or markers that are located at the different entrances in the intermodal area.
This is another demonstration of the versatility and ability of our ZEN Air Curtain to integrate in any architectural environment while providing a comfortable atmosphere for visitors and employees.
