We have been forced to make a 180o turnaround in the way we do things in all areas of life in order to adapt to the COVID-19 measures to prevent the propagation of COVID-19. And because of this, something that was not so important in the past has become more important: breathe clean air.
Airtècnics' K7 air purifier is therefore an ideal choice in enclosed, large, open-plan rooms with a large number of people. In this case, in a concert hall where dancing, singing and shouting take place. This air and surface disinfection device is an unobtrusive option because it is installed in the ceiling, either flush-mounted or suspended, in such a way that it prevents tampering by outsiders.
The disinfection device requires very little maintenance, only the hydrogen peroxide cartridge with which it works needs to be changed. In addition, hydroxyl radical disinfection is combined with the disinfecting action of photocatalysis, thanks to an ultraviolet LED whose light strikes a turbine bathed in titanium dioxide.
How does K7 work?
Both technologies work in a combination that ensures the reversion of clean air into the room and the propagation of hydroxyl radicals that eliminate and deactivate viruses, bacteria and other volatile organic compounds that contaminate the environment and surfaces, without causing any harm to humans.
This system applies natural technologies, based on the way nature's decontamination works. On the one hand, hydroxyl radicals are the "soap" in the troposphere; on the other hand, photocatalysis acts as photosynthesis does in nature.
