Insect control and cold room air curtains for a cannery. Study case
The case in question is about a company in the food industry that manufactures canned fish and how air curtains were chosen. Its management contacted Airtècnics because they saw how fresh fish attracted various insects, especially flies, at the unloading docks. They were also looking to eliminate the usual problems that occur in the cold chambers.

Solutions for two factories
For the Levante plant, three cold room air curtains Kool with IP55 protection were installed. At the Morocco plant, several air curtains were installed for both cold storage and insect control.
